Terms of Service
- Please refrain from using my artwork for AI purposes or AI learnings. To use my art for NFT purposes is also prohibited.
- If there is any questions regarding my art service, please do not hesitate to contact my email or other social media.
- If you, the client, declines the artist to use the artwork as commission art sample, please let me know.
- You are NOT ALLOWED to change, alter, or edit my artwork without receiving my permission. Additionally, to use my artwork as "drawing base" is also not allowed.
- I may use my right to redistribute, or use the image as commission samples or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
- I do not accept the request to use any other artist's artwork as style reference.
- I reserve the right to refuse a request for any reason.
- You have the right to be informed by me about delays in work process.
- If you have any specific deadline, please provide it on the brief.
- The payment can be made once the client checked the commission price provided by the artist, and accepted to the price.
- Please note that the payment must be made to continue my commission process. There is no exceptions about this case.
- You can request me to revise up to 3 times per process. (sketch process & based-colored process). for Commercial use will be 5 times.
- If there are further requests to change when exceeded the limitations, there will be subject to a fee, and a fee will depend on the nature of change.
- When I contacted you about the Work in Progress (it can be JPG or PNG picture), please kindly verify the details and provide feedback to me in order to proceed my work process further.
- You are required to contact me when you would like to request to cancel the commission process.
- Please note that if you would like commission for commercial use, the price will be increased from the base price.

- I will deliver my completed artwork via email.
- Default file size(s): 1000*1200 px, 300 dpi (minimum resolution size), PNG File
- For foreign customers, I accept payment only by Vgen.
- I have my right to decline a request commission with rush process.
